The environmental policy clearly reveals that the design and manufacturing of green products should be promoted through the spirit of pollution prevention and continuous improvement to comply with international regulations and environmental protection trends. It combines Community Own Brand Marketing (COBM) and efficient integrated design OEM (Integrated Original Design Manufacturing, IODM) dual business model. In the IODM field, we are committed to meeting the environmental protection requirements of world-renowned brand customers and complying with global environmental protection trends and norms in advance; in the COBM field, we use the rich experience fostered by IODM to improve our own brand products to exceed regional environmental protection regulations and requirements, as green Product/Green Enterprise Strategy.

Green design core content

Reduce the use of harmful substances in products

Establish a cross-departmental organization for green products to promote the introduction of green products in each business group. Established standards for banned substances (Banned Substances Declaration), in response to the EU RoHS directive and international environmental protection requirements and customer specifications, expand the use of prohibited substances in controlled products.

According to the latest announced IECQ HSPM QC080000 hazardous substances process management system architecture, towards the process, documentation and recording of product hazardous substances control, through the management system PDCA The (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management cycle is continuously improved.

Product is easy to disassemble and recyclable design

The EU WEEE directive specifies that products must be designed towards easy disassembly/recyclability. In order to evaluate the ease of disassembly/recyclability of products, a product recycling rate assessment tool is introduced and combined with the design and development work procedures and PLM systems as a green design control project for easy disassembly/recyclability of products.

Improved product energy efficiency

Actively cooperate with customer requirements and EU EuP implementation methods, California energy efficiency regulations, New Zealand and Australia energy efficiency regulations and the US Environmental Protection Agency Energy Star is a voluntary initiative to standardize and continuously improve the energy efficiency specifications of product power supplies to reduce the impact of products on energy and the environment during the use phase.

Greenhouse gas management

Based on the requirements of the ISO 14064-1 international standard for greenhouse gas inventory, the company established internal inventory and verification procedures, voluntarily conducted greenhouse gas inventory and launched a reduction management plan. We are well aware that inventory is the first step in reducing greenhouse gases, so after conducting relevant quantification tasks such as identifying emission source types and recording emissions, we will further set reduction targets and formulate reduction plans in the future.
